The CAREvolution index is a comprehensive self-assessment tool designed to help organizations understand where they stand and where they can grow.
The index is built around three core dimensions:
Do employees have access to flexible schedules, care-related leave, reintegration support, and well-being programs?
Are recruitment and promotion practices equitable? Does the organization collect and act on gender-disaggregated data? Are intersectional needs considered?
Are leadership styles inclusive? Are managers trained and held accountable?
Organizations respond to a standardized, multiple-choice questionnaire. Based on their responses, they receive:
